Links

Most people seem to have a page with a list of their favorite links to other sites, so I figured I should have one too.

WebWizardry.net - Of course I have to start with my own site. This is my server in my house, on a DSL connection. In addition to making a nice home page, the server also handles e-mail and some web hosting for friends and family.
SlickHosting.com - My friend Carl and I run a Web hosting company; this is where phroggy.com is hosted. If you're interested in getting a domain name, or if you already have one and are looking for a new provider, check us out. I built the Web site and did all the software setup and programming myself; Carl manages the business side of things as well as additional system administration (read: he breaks stuff).
Slashdot - A Linux-oriented news site and discussion forum that I've been reading since 1997.
As the Apple Turns - The funniest Apple-related news/rumor/gossip site ever, pretending to be a daily soap opera.
MacInTouch - A Mac news site with a somewhat different focus. MacInTouch posts collections of e-mails from their readers; there's a lot to read but you can get a lot of different in-depth views on any given issue.
Slackware - This is the Linux distribution I run on all my servers. The Web site has descriptions of the various software packages for easy reference, and a forum where you can get help if you're having trouble.
Spamcop - I use this service to filter junk mail and report it to the responsible ISPs. Well worth the money, but you can try their reporting service for free.
Apache Server Documentation - Complete documentation on the most popular Web server software in the world.
Science Against Evolution - An interesting site with a lot of information about some of the problems with macroevolution and “old earth” theories. Just because it's what you were taught in school doesn't mean it's true - there was a time when children were taught the earth was flat. Sense of humor is a little... quirky.
Comics

These are the online comic strips I used to read daily:
