- Spam: We do not tolerate any form of spam. This is
not restricted to e-mail. If you receive spam e-mail that
appears to have originated from our network, please forward the
message and the full message headers to
abuse@webwizardry.net so
that we can investigate.
- Hacking: Attempting an unauthorized Denial of Service
(DoS) attack on this or any other network or server is a violation
of our Terms of Service. Unauthorized entry into any computer system
is also prohibited, including but by no means limited to the
unauthorized access of a "Trojan horse" server such as
BackOrifice, Sub7 or Netbus. However, we recognize that utilities such
as ping, traceroute, and port scanners such as nmap are useful network
diagnostic tools. The use of such tools is not prohibited.
- Viruses: Intentionally spreading computer viruses to unknowing
recipients is prohibited. We encourage Windows users to install
virus scanning software.
- Fraud: Fraudulent activities, including forging e-mail
or newsgroup headers, "spoofing" IP addresses, or
impersonating another person is prohibited.
Any violation of our Terms of Service will be evaluated and dealt
with on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to take any action
we deem appropriate, and we reserve the right to terminate the account
of any user for any reason.
